Other than pic...Sounds as if you have an abundance! Other than pickle recipes, I don't know of too many things to do with cucumbers. Somewhere I have a cucumber dip recipe - really simple with four ingredients. Shredded cucumbers, softened cream cheese, garlic salt, and worchestershire sauce. (Can't remember the quantities, but season to taste would work. It's really delicious with Fritos (in fact I think my mom found the recipe on a bag of fritos years ago.<br /><br />If you need another pickle recipe, let me know.
