It actually sound similar to a filling I make for stuffed tomatoes - minus the egg, plus some tuna.- Oh, thanks for your sweet comments about my hydrangeas...no, I don't have any "incrediball" varieties. My Annabelles used to get huge (like a basketball), but then I found they would droop very easily, so I didn't prune them this year, and they still have a million flowers, but much smaller and more manageable... As for pancakes w/ ricotta, no, I haven't made them before, but Jesse HATES ricotta, so I probably won't be trying that one :-). Hope you're having a great day so far!
